Returns

However, due to the organic nature of the products, returns are not accepted. Furthermore, you have 72 hours after receiving your item to reach out to us with any issues such as damages/defects.  Please include the email receipt or proof of purchase and shipping label. If Items are sent back to us without first consulting this policy, they will not be accepted.

If your package is unclaimed and is returned to us, we can arrange redelivery. However, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we are unable to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our shipping providers. Replacement orders are approved with photo proof of damage/defect and photo of shipping label.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

In cases of allergic reaction or damage/defect, a cash refund/store credit may be accommodated. In most cases, refunds are processed as store credit. However, in rare cases, and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
